How do I add items to my Cart?
 
You can search for products either by browsing the different departments, or by searching for products by name. Clicking the “Add to Cart” button will add items to your cart.
Why can’t I find the product I want?
 
We apology, but not all products that are available in store are currently offered Online. We are constantly in process of adding products. If you wish to add a product now please write to us at ecare@tamimimarkets.com.
I’ve changed my mind; can I change my order?
 
Yes, if your order is not yet picked, you can. Please visit Manage My Order to make changes.
Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase online?
 
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on shop.tamimimarkets.com.
The price you see on the products page is exactly what you pay including all taxes.
What if the item you ordered is not in stock?
 
You have the option to add substitutions, just in case any item is not in stock, we will replace it with your substituted item.
Are the prices on the website the same as in-store prices?
 
Yes, and also there are exclusive deals for online customers.Please check “Exclusive deals” section on the home page to avail extra discounts.
Can I Re-Order my order?
 
Yes, go to the “My Orders” section, select the order you would like to re-order and click on “Re-order”. All items will be added directly to your cart where you can checkout at a glance!
Can I give specific instructions about products e.g. Cold/Room temperature Water?
 
Of course, you can add your special requests about any products you order directly in the shopping cart.
When my order will be delivered?

I made my first purchase and received a confirmation Email.What should I do?
 
You don’t need to respond unless called by the Customer Service team or asked to. This is just to confirm that your order has been received and under process.
Can I ask for an express-pickup?
 
Currently, we don’t have this service; however, our team is working to facilitate it the soonest possible.
Do we have home deliver?
 
No, at the moment we have click and collect only. You place your order online thru shop.tamimimarkets.com and collect it from the store where you ordered.
What Method of payments do you accept?

How do I get a receipt?
 
You will receive your order details via email. When your order is delivered you will get a detailed invoice and payment receipt.
Where is click and collect services available?
 
To begin with we started click and collect at our Corniche store in Khobar. As we expand, we keep our website updated.
Can I return an item I bought?
 
Return or refund must be done within 10 days of purchase.

What if I received a different item than what I bought?
 
Your satisfaction is our priority. We double check your order before confirming it via email/sms. We advise you to please check all items before you pay and collect. However, in case of such human error please contact our customer service and we will assist you till you are satisfied.

What documents should I submit for refund or exchange?
 
The invoice and payment receipt are mandatory for any refund or exchange.
I filed my complaint and contacted your Customer Service team and nothing has happened yet?
 
We apologize for the delay. Every complaint is logged and remains open until full satisfactorily resolution. Sometimes, due to complexity of an issue, it might require longer resolving it but rest assured that your case or complaint is not ignored and is being worked on.
Can I edit the details of my account and/or change address, name and password?
 
Of course you can. Log-in to your account and you can do most edits yourself.
I have forgotten my account password. What can I do?
 
That’s not a problem; there are also two ways to reset your password:
Users can click Forgot my password on shop.tamimimarkets.com login page and enter the registered email address. User will receive an email instruction for resetting the password.
Contact the Customer Service Team through the Contact us page (Inquiry form or Phone) and a member of our team can assist you in resetting your password.
How do I suggest a new product?
 
Customer suggestions are always welcome, and we will do our best to locate the products you request. You may email us with your suggestion on ecare@shop.tamimimarkets.com or call customer care.
How can we register in Tamimi Rewards Program?
 
To register in our program, you have 2 ways:
Visiting one of our stores to receive the Thimari card. After that, you could either visit our website www.tamimimarkets.com or download our app “Tamimi Markets” to complete registration.
Once you have entered the website or the app, sign up to create an account fill in the information required, then enter the short code containing 6-7 characters, you fill find it in the back of your Thimari card. If you need more information on how to register, watch the video:

Once you have done all the steps, you should be registered successfully.
Simply register online on shop.tamimimarkets.com and fill requested details there. You will be receiving your loyalty card with your first order.
How to link the Thimari card with an account registered?
 
From your E-mail address, it seems that you have signed up to an account, but haven’t linked the card to your account. You can link the card through the application only.
To link your card with your account, login to your account using the App and go to the “My card” icon in the bottom left corner and enter your short code the 6-7 characters on the back of your card.

If you lose your Thimari card, are you going to lose your points?
 
You will never lose your points, you can visit our store, ask our cashier for new card, contact us, provide us your new card number then we can transform the points for you.
